The Neighborhood of Umatilla Hill


The cottages may be compact at 900-1200 square-feet, but they're large in their use of space. Each home has a private yard surrounded by a low fence, overlooking the commons.


The 10-unit cottage development is nestled against a treed perimeter. The homes share a storage building, garden shed and commons house.


Designated parking is clustered around the perimeter, lessening noise, while encouraging interaction amongst the residents. A condominium maintenance agreement provides care for the remainder of the property, including the shared community greens.

While all of the homes in this project are sold, Kimball & Landis is
developing a new neighborhood. . .Spring Valley Cottages.
